Swansea outplayed and won the game over Portsmouth.
warns the team this game would not be easy and they would have to work hard and play hard to win.
In spite of Adams warning the Portsmouth team did not put up the work and play a team as if they are should have played.
A lot has change for Portsmouth the last seven months. Redknapp went to Tottenham after walking out on the team; the team has lost the spirit of the game as it showed today.
By the end of the game, Adam could say nothing except what a poor game.
Keane – I wasn’t a flop

Robbie Keane who recently moved back from Liverpool to Tottenham Hotspurs has denounced claims that he was a flop at Liverpool. The fact that he was unable to take the pressure under Benitez is rubbish and the only reason he cannot play his game their was the style of play by Rafael Benitez which did not suit him.
The striker claims that he has scored several goals for Spurs and he is one of the best strikers in English Premier League. He said that he does not want to get into awar of words with the Reds manage. Instead, he wishes him and the team all the best to win the premiership title. He is happy to come back to Spurs and he can get regular play. He said life at Liverpool was good as long as he got to play football otherwise it became miserable.
Keane returns to Spurs

Robbie Keane who came to Liverpool on a 20 million pound move has returned to tottenham hotspurs for an undisclosed fee. The fee is predicted to be above what the Reds paid for him. So, Reds have definitely not lost anything by buying him in Summer.
Keane was unsettled at Anfield, especially with Benitez’s rotation policies, the player got few starts and often started from the bench. It is good that the player of Robbie’s character is back to business with his move to spurs.
There is no doubt Robbie was loved by the Reds fans but he just could not click for them. Either it was Rafa’s fault or Robbie’s or it was the fate that decided his move, but finally he is back to his original club. It is true that Robbie wanted to play for Liverpool, his boyhood dream to play for dreams has ended now. May be he was just born to play Spurs.
Bolton 3 – 2 Tottenham

Yet another defeat for Spurs as Harry Redknapp failed to steer the team to victory against Bolton Wanderers. It was a five goal match and a wonderful display from both the teams as they strive to win the battle. Any of the winners would have moved two positions in the league table and it appeared to be Bolton as they got all three points.
The game looked almost dead after two goals from Bolton but the introduction of Bent in the the second half turned out to be lucky for the spurs manager as he scored 2 goals in quick succession for the spurs. But in the end it was the man of the match Kevin Davies who drove Bolton to victory with a goal in dying moments in the game. He created and scored all the goals today. Bolton lie on 12th spot in the league table now.
Tottenham 3-1 Stoke City

Tottenham Hotspur comfortably beat Stoke City 3-1, thanks to a commanding first half-display.
Spurs welcomed back Jermain Defoe, back after a 12 month spell at Portsmouth, and Carlo Cudicini also made his debut in goal following his transfer from Chelsea.
Spurs were quick out of the blocks, scoring after only 8 minutes through winger Aaron Lennon. The goal seemed to further lift the home team, and spurred on by their vociferous supporters, they scored again on 21 minutes. Luka Modric passed to Roman Pavlyuchenko and he played a fine pass diagonally towards Defoe, who raced forward and beat the keeper inside his near post.
On 25 minutes, the game looked over as a contest as Modric crossed the ball in from the left where Michael Dawson connected to score number three.
Stoke came out fighting in the second half though, and restored some pride when James Beattie pulled one back. However, that proved to be a mere consolation as Spurs held on to get the 3 points.
Chimbonda back at Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur have signed full-back Pascal Chimbonda from Sunderland, barely 6 months after he left the club.
This is Spurs’ fourth signing this month, after the likes of Jermain Defoe and Carlo Cudicini joined Harry Redknapp as he attempts to steer them clear of relegation. He is also the fourth right-back that Spurs have signed in the last year, after Alan Hutton, Chris Gunter and Vedran Corluka.
Chimbonda joined Spurs in 2006, but left after 24 months as he joined Roy Keane’s Sunderland. He has one international cap for France, and will be looking to tie-down the right back spot at Spurs on his second stint there.
Both clubs have not released any information about the transfer fee, but it is believed to be in the region of 3 million pounds.
