Kaka’s surgery a waste of time

Head of Milan Lab Jean Pierre Meersseman has stated the Kaka’s surgery was a waste of time; he has accused Professor Runco, the surgeon who operated the player, of making a mistake as he believes the injury to Kaka’s meniscus had nothing to do with the inflammation of his tendon. Hence there was no point to the Brazilians surgery as it will solve nothing.
The AC Milan lab chief stated that “With the operation the player wanted, time was lost because he had to undergo rehabilitation without following the right cures from previously.” He also stated that “The injury to his meniscus which was solved during the operation had nothing to do with the inflammation.
“The operation was useless and damaging.” With Kaka’s recent operation, many believe he will be out for several months and with Meersseman’s recent statements the surgery may have done more harm than good. But many have tipped Milan for the Scudetto and with the possibility of Kaka being absent Ronaldinho may have his work cut out for him. This could be the perfect situation for Ronaldinho to show the world that he is still the maestro.

England national team manager Fabio Capello is expecting Milan to win this year’s Scudetto and thinks that Brazilian Ronaldinho has found the perfect environment for him to make a career comeback following his departure from Barcelona.
The upcoming Serie A season promises to be very interesting with four to five teams in with a good chance of winning the Scudetto, however Capello thinks that AC Milan are this season’s favorites. The English manager stated that “Ronaldinho has found the ideal environment to be reborn,” said Capello.
“Now it is Milan for the Scudetto. Fiorentina are not yet ready, but they are the team who intrigue me most and they can finish near the top of the league.
“Juve have good balance, are strong in all departments, and Poulsen is a good addition.
“Totti has reason to say that Roma need some more acquisitions. Mutu would have been perfect.
“The player who could explode this season is Cassano, but it depends on him. We must give time to Mourinho. With arrival of Ronaldinho AC Milan and Carlo Ancelotti are in with a great chance at the Serie A title but can they rise to the occasion?

After a fracas with new teammate Clarence Seedorf over the number 10 shirt and fellow Brazilian Leonardo’s failure to convince the Dutch international to relinquish his number 10 shirt; new Milan idol Ronaldinho has settled for a less than conventional squad number.
Seedorf was reported as saying that Ronaldinho is not needed at the club and the Dutch veteran is not willing to give up the number he has played in for most of his Milan career and this has sparked the first murmurs of unrest in the Milan camp but instead of taking the vacant number 11 shirt that was left by the departure of Alberto Gillardino to Fiorentina; the Brazilian maestro has gone for the unconventional number 80.
The rationale behind the choice for the number is the fact that Ronaldinho, or little Ronaldo, was born in 1980.
