Podolski gets hat-trick

A hat-trick from Lukas Podolski helped fire Bayern Munich to a 4-2 win in their latest pre-season friendly against Japanese side Urawa Red Diamonds. With the Italian Luca Toni out injured; the Polish born Germany international was given a chance by trainer Jürgen Klinsmann and made it clear that he is one for the future.
The German got his goals two of his three goals in the first half and the other twelve minutes after the resumption of play. Fellow countryman Miroslav Klose got the other goal.
