The winger who was given extra time off due to his country’s participation in the Euros has been the subject of much controversy which has seen the player who scored 42 goals in all competitions last season for Manchester United almost on the verge of signing for Real Madrid.
It is reported that Fifa President Sepp Blatter’s recent comments which alluded to footballers being treated like modern day slaves and the Portuguese midfielder’s agreement with the comment has angered Ferguson.
