Fabregas Boost Win for Arsenal

Cesc Fabregas cold off the bench scored twice for Arsenal to defeated English Premier League Aston Villa a top four rival 3-0 from the Emirates Stadium on Sunday. This win made Arsenal move up into second place at the mean time but they will drop back down to third if Manchester United the reigning champions beat Hull on the other match in Sunday. Villa was on fourth spot but this defeat ended the Midlands club’s eight-game winning streak in all competitions.
Gunners captain Fabregas, a substitute on the second-half for Denilson, made a home side in front with a great 65th minute free-kick from the edge of the box that curved past the right hand of diving Brad Friedel the keeper. And with only nine minutes on the game, the Spain international midfielder hold on to the ball from Theo Walcott before making a hit home to make it 2-0. But, it he may have triggered an existing hamstring injury with his move and, after just 28 minutes, Fabregas was substituted by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.
