Ballack will play in Euro 2008 final

Reports are that Germany’s midfield maestro and captain who was doubtful for the Euro 2008 final between Germany and Spain would be able to feature in the final after sustainng a calf injury that kept him out of two training sessions.
The German captain is expected to play in the final which promises to be a very exciting encounter.
Ballack has been tipped by many coaches as the player of the tournament and his role in Germany’s attacking game has proven to be the driving force behind the German’s sucess at the Euros
Ballack who has never played in a major final for his country missed the 2002 world cup final against Brazil due to a suspension, which saw the Brazilians winning 2-0.
