AC Milan on the verge of signing Ronaldinho

Reports out of Italy are that AC Milan are on the verge of signing a two year contract with former world player of the year, Ronaldinho. The midfielder who has been the subject of much transfer rumors since it was announced that he would be leaving Barcelona.

With Manchester City also soliciting the creative midfielder’s services, it seems a done deal that the Brazilian maestro will be playing alongside his Brazilian teammate Kaka when the season begins. The details of the transfer are not yet agreed up on but it is believed that the player will move to the San Siro for somewhere in the region of 15 million euros, has been decided by both parties, and the details of an annual 6.5 million euro contract are being put in place.

    If Ronaldinho goes to AC Milan and he teams up with fellow Brazilian Kaka and Pato, Milan could be the next big team in the world. With a new challenge in front of him, Ronaldinho could retake his place in world soccer.
